Southern Craft Manufacturing Inc. was incorporated in April 1994
and began production in August of that same year.
Rodney Robinson, founder and President of Southern Craft
Manufacturing Inc. is continuing an honorable heritage dedicated
to excellence in metal works. Rodney's grandfather
began making quality casket stampings in 1926 at Johnson Sheet
Metal in Richmond, Indiana. Rodney's father began making
caskets during 1953 at Wallace Metal Products, which was also
located in Richmond. Rodney started work at Wallace during
1980. When Wallace closed in 1982, Rodney began building
quality caskets in New Paris, Ohio.
Today, Southern Craft's manufacturing facility is located
in Loretto, TN. Southern Craft also has a full distribution warehouse in New
Paris, Ohio; which is located approximately 600 miles from 75% of the
total population in the United States. Southern Craft is well
positioned to be the leader in the production of "AFFORDABLE
QUALITY" products. |
